Jack is in charge of all financial reporting, internal controls, and cash management. This includes payroll reporting, monthly forecasts and updates including special financial analytics.
Prior to The CEO Forum, Nickerson was Controller at Sunland importers where he was responsible for all financial reporting and cash management. He supervised the installation of a computerized financial reporting system, which led to the enhanced cash forecasting and approval process for international letters of credit. Prior to that he was Division Cost Manager at Union Carbide Chemical Corporation where he managed the cost reporting and analysis for the $100 MM AG Products division. He also handled and supervised the reporting and cost analysis on subcontractors and material conversions and managed the creation of manufacturing budgets, profit center budgets and financial reports, as well as conducting various special projects (lease/buy, capital budgets, acquisition studies).
