Great Resignation Talent Drain Requires Always-On Approach

Recent polling of the CEO Forum community revealed many executives believe the Great Resignation’s talent turnover is here to stay. Organizations large and small are grappling with ways to stem this talent drain, with some leaders focused more on retaining existing talent (34%), while others focusing their efforts on recruiting new talent (25%). Meanwhile, a plurality (41%) say they are equally focused on both, signaling that an all-encompassing and always-on approach will be required to grow and maintain talent as the current period of talent exodus and exploration continues.
