Many job hops traditionally happen when the calendar flips from one year to another. The window is closing for companies to make their last stand of 2022 to attract their final hires of the year and convince current employees not to become jobseekers over the holiday break. That could be a tall order: 64% of executives in the Transformative ommunity report it has been challenging – 32% say VERY challenging – to hire or retain talent at their organization over the past year.
As 2022 winds down, CEOs are responding to “quiet quitting” and operating in an environment where more than half of them believe employee retention has fundamentally changed.
