CEOs Eye Holistic Approach to Maintaining Strong Company Culture

There is no silver bullet for establishing and maintaining strong corporate culture, recent polling with CEOs suggests. Instead, a group of CEOs polled as part of the Transformative ommunity point to several factors necessary to span the recruitment-retention lifecycle for employees:

  1. Identify and then hire qualified and diverse candidates (“getting hiring right”).
  2. Coach and develop talent.
  3. Build relationships across the employee base.

CEOs surveyed on this question say these elements are key to a holistic approach to maintaining and strengthening company culture, particularly as the pandemic continues to upend traditional workplace dynamics.
