CEOs Expect Supply Chain Issues Going into 2022

This new year will carry with it several pieces of baggage from 2021 and even 2020, and unfortunately, supply chain issues are likely to be one of them. In Q4 2021, 20% of Business Roundtable CEOs identified supply chain disruptions as the top cost pressure. The Business Roundtable finding aligns with our polling of the Transformative ommunity, where among the executives we surveyed in November, 24% said global supply chain issues would significantly impact their businesses for the rest of 2021 and into 2022, and another 29% said it would somewhat impact their business. As these CEOs expect some pressure from global supply challenges going into 2022, they won’t be able to close the book on this issue just yet.
