Anxious or Ahead of the Curve? Chief Executives Worry About Losing Critical Talent While Most Employees Plan to Stay Put

When asked in November, half of a select group of executives who are part of the Transformative ommunity responded they are somewhat or very worried about losing critical talent from their organization in the next three months. That same week, in Purple Strategies’ polling, 85% of employees said they plan to be with their employer one year from now. Whether that executive worry is a leading or lagging indicator of talent churn is anyone’s guess, but it’s doubtful that employees’ stated intentions will be a consolation for employers in the midst of the so-called Great Resignation.
