Company leaders across the country have been grappling for months with the Great Resignation, seeing the highest quit rates from workers in decades. While some CEOs (44%) see a light at the end of the tunnel where turnover will return to what’s been considered “normal,” more than half (56%) believe employee retention has fundamentally changed. Businesses may need to reckon with this trend as a new reality, and make sure their retention efforts are built for the long haul.
