As many companies solidify their hybrid work models, American workers are forming beliefs around the advantages (and disadvantages) with each. When it comes to productivity, focusing, and thinking creatively, workers feel they perform better in a remote setting than in a traditional office. Not surprisingly, they give the advantage to the office space when it comes to social elements of their job like meeting new people, holding team meetings and collaborating. Ultimately, giving workers the freedom to choose how and where they work can create a dynamic in which workers can design their most balanced and productive routine.
