Kevin Sinclair, President & CEO of Wireless Zone, is interviewed by Robert Reiss about the growth of wireless, starting from its restricted scope of phone service to the immense range of services that are now offered. Sinclair talks about taking a small, self-owned business with an entrepreneurial mindset to a much larger business with a corporate staff using a franchise business model.
